How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Economy Shipping is estimated at 8–16 business days after dispatch, while Express Shipping is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Economy Shipping is free on qualifying orders of $89 or more delivered within the continental United States. Economy Shipping is $11.94 below that threshold, and Express Shipping is $24.95.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 90 days of delivery. Items should be unused and returned with original packaging and included accessories. Torad covers return shipping for eligible returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the item and its packaging. We will offer, at your choice, a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Do your tools include a warranty?
